神经外科危重症患者并发下呼吸道感染的相关因素分析

摘要

Objective :To analyze the related factors of critically ill patients with lower respiratory infection in the de-partment of neurosurgery ,in order to understand the risk factors to guide clinical response .Methods :463 critically ill patients in the department of neurosurgery recent years were chosen as the research object .According to the condition of patients with lower respiratory tract infection ,they were analyzed and explore its related factors .Results:There were 39 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection ,infection rate was 8 .4% .Apart from the gender factor ,oth-er factors infection had significant differences (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:After the analysis of clinical department of neuro-surgery of critically ill patients ,the risk factors of lower respiratory infection includes the operating conditions and oth-er factors in patients with treatment of patients with body condition ,process ,clinical nursing treatment can effectively avoid the occurrence of infection and infection control condition for such patients .%目的：对神经外科危重症患者并发下呼吸道感染的相关因素进行分析，以了解其高危因素指导临床应对。方法：选取近年来我院治疗的神经外科危重症患者463例作为研究对象，根据患者临床并发下呼吸道感染情况进行统计分析，探讨其相关因素。结果：共有39例患者并发下呼吸道感染，感染发生率为8．4％。除性别因素外，其他因素下感染发生情况均有显著差异（均 P＜0．05）。结论：经过对神经外科危重症患者临床情况进行分析，并发下呼吸道感染的高危因素包括患者自身身体状况、治疗过程中操作情况和患者其他因素，临床对此类患者进行有针对性的护理治疗可有效避免感染的发生和控制感染病情。
