乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与HBV-DNA相关性分析

摘要

目的 分析乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原与HBV-DNA含量在反映HBV复制方面的相关性.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和聚合酶联反应(PCR)方法分别检测414例乙型肝炎患者的HBV-PreS1抗原和HBV-DNA,比较检出率.结果 414名患者中,HBeAg和HBV-PreS检测结果一致者64.5％,不一致者占36.5％,两种方法之间阳性率有统计学差异(x2=53.33,P＜0.05)；HBeAg和HBV-DNA同时阳性130人,占63.8％,不一致者占33.2％,两种方法检测阳性率之间有统计学差异(x2=66.13,P＜0.05)；HBV-DNA和HBV-PreS1检测结果一致者占94.9％,不一致者占5.1％,两种检测方法结果没有统计学差异(x2 =0.418,P＞0.05).结论 HBV-PreS1抗原与HBV-DNA呈高度相关,HBV-PreS1可作为HBV活动性复制指标.%Objective To analyze the correlation of HBV - PreSlAg and HBV - DNA. Methods HBV - PreSlAg and HBV -DNA of 414 HBV patients and 50 non - HBV people were detected by ELISA and PCR. The detection rate was compared. Results The detection rate of HBV - PreSlAg and HBV - DNA in 414 HBV patients were 60. 7% and 63. 7% . The detection rate of HBV - PreSlAg and HBV - DNA in HBeAg - positive group were 84. 3% were 88. 4% . The detection rate of HBV - PreSlAg and HBV - DNA of HBeAg - negative group were 47. 9% and 50. 2% . Conclusion HBV - PreSlAg and HBV - DNA were highly correlated. HBV - PreSlAg is an index of HBV replication.
