Immune response after blood transfusion is closely related to prognosis of the patients receiving blood productions. Thus, the safety and effectiveness are paid increasing attention.This article reviews immunological consequence and clinical manifesta-tions and response strategies after transfusion, which aims to provide reference for clinical transfusion decisions.%输血后发生的免疫反应与患者的愈后密切相关，输血的安全性和有效性越来越受人们关注。文中从供血者和受血者角度探讨输血后的免疫反应损伤及临床表现和应对策略，旨在为临床输血决策提供参考依据。
