Through questionnaire investigation,the paper initiatively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information literacy of teachers in parts of medical colleges and universities in Shandong province,from the aspects of information cognition,information capability,and information concepts.Moreover it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improving information literacy of teachers,including strengthening leadership awareness,constructing incentive mechanism,playing full role in training users of library.%通过问卷调查,从信息意识、信息能力、信息观念几方面分析山东省部分高等医学院校教师信息素质的现状和存在的问题,并提出提高教师队伍信息素质的相应措施,包括领导重视、建立激励机制、充分发挥图书馆在培养用户方面的作用。
