基于科技信息大数据的科技人才科研综合能力评价及应用研究

摘要

在对科技人才科研综合能力分析的基础上,构建科技人才科研综合能力评价模型,设计基于科技信息大数据的评价指标体系,包括基本素养、科研产出影响力、科研管理能力、学术潜力和学术地位5个维度,研究其在人才引进工作中的应用.%Based on the analysis of comprehensive scientific research capability of technology talents,the paper constructs the evalu ation model of comprehensive scientific research capability of technology talents,designs the evaluating indicator system based on big data of scientific and technological information,including the 5 dimensions like basic literacy,influence of scientific research output,scientific research management capability,academic potential and academic status,and studies on its application in talent introduction.
