The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing research productivity and an operation based on big data analysis. The present invention relates to a system for managing research productivity and the operation based on big data analysis performing data collection from a research subject management system, an intelligent property management system, an annual time plan module, and a cost plan and result module. The system generates a real-time report and manages multiple source data in an integrated database from extracting data from the collected multiple source data. Thus, the system automatically collects total big data from result data inputted through the intelligent property management system and the existing research subject management system, costs(travel costs, business operating costs, activating costs) managed in the off line, and the plan time data. The system provides a chart and generates various analysis reports. In addition, the present invention is realized by generating a UI screen through a viewer based on the integrated database, performs a direct query in excel data, and automatically reflects an index and various charts when an operator inputs additional non-management data.
