Objective To investigate the characteristics of MR imaging in chord oid glioma of the third ventricle, for better understanding the pathology systemic and lower misdiagnosis rate.Methods 3 cases of pathological diagnosis of chord oid glioma of the third ventricle were retrospectively analyzed in clinical manifestations and imaging features.Results 3 cases were 27 year-old male patient, 35 year-old female patient and 41 year-old female patient.2 cases took ocular signs as chief complaint ,another case was dizziness and weakness.3 cases all occurred in the third ventricle, showed solid lesion, part of them could be small cystic and necrosis, the solid part of the lesion was significantly strengthen in contrast, and there could be punctate calcification.Conclusion Combined with clinical and immune-histochemicalpathology results, it's suggested that space-occupying lesion located in the third ventricle of adults, especially showing obviously homogenous enhancement in contrast, should be considered the possibility of chord oid glioma of the third ventricle.%目的 探讨第三脑室脊索样胶质瘤的MRI特点,提高对该病的系统性认识,减少误诊.方法 回顾性分析3例经手术病理证实的第三脑室脊索样胶质瘤的临床及影像学资料.结果 3例患者分别为27岁男性、35岁女性及41岁女性,临床表现2例以眼部症状为主诉,1例表现为头晕、乏力;3例病灶均位于第三脑室内,呈实性病灶,局部可见小囊变坏死样改变,增强扫描实性部分显著强化,可见点状钙化.结论 结合临床及免疫组化结果,如影像检查发现成年人发生于第三脑室内的占位性病变,特别是增强扫描呈明显均匀强化时,应考虑到第三脑室脊索样胶质瘤的可能.
