目的::优选细辛挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)的最佳包合工艺。方法:采用β-CD饱和水溶液法,通过正交试验设计,以挥发油利用率及包合物收率为指标优选细辛挥发油的最佳包合工艺。结果:最佳包合工艺为细辛挥发油与β-CD之比为1∶8(mL/g),搅拌温度为30℃,包合时间为0.5h。验证实验中挥发油利用率为77.57%±0.068,包合物收率为53.90%±0.036。薄层鉴别结果表明细辛挥发油被环糊精包合,而非表面吸附。结论:优选的包合工艺操作简便、工艺稳定、包合率高。%Objective:To optimize the best inclusion technology of asarum essential oilβ-Cyclodextrin(β-CD by orthogonal test.Methods:Usingβ-CD saturated aqueous solution and orthogonal test,the essential oil utilization and yield of inclusion were taken as an indexs to optimize the best inclusion method of asarum es-sential oil.Results:The optimal preparation process for inclusion was as follows:the ratio of oil toβ-CD was 1∶8(ml/g),the inclusion temperature was 30℃,and the inclusion time was 0.5 h.The essential oil utilization and yield of inclusion in confirmatory experiment was 77.57%±0.068 and 53.90%±0.036 respectively.Thin-layer identification consequence demonstrated that the oil was included by theβ-CD,but not adsorption.Con-clusion:The optimal preparation process of inclusion is simple,stable and has high inclusion rate.
