中学生对艾滋病知识认知情况和行为意向的性别差异分析

         

摘要

目的::了解中学生对艾滋病的认知现状,探讨男女生对艾滋病知识认知程度和行为意向的差异。方法:采用典型整群抽样方法,选取武汉市某两所中学的高三学生356人为对象进行调查,采用 EPIDATA3.0录入调查结果,运用 SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果:男女生对艾滋病传播途径、与艾滋病感染者共用器具相关知识的认知无差异(P >0.05);女生的知识来源于家长的比例显著大于男生(P <0.01);艾滋病知识来源于专家讲座的比例偏低(男生11.84%,女生16.66%),来源于医务人员的比率也偏低(男生15.78%,女生23.81%)。女生更愿意接触并帮助艾滋病患者(P <0.01),女生更愿意与患有艾滋病的同学一起学习玩耍(P <0.01),女生更想了解更多的艾滋病知识(P <0.01)。结论:消除中学生对艾滋病患者的恐惧态度,提高艾滋病知识认知的完整性和专业性,加强权威渠道的知识传播,加强生命教育和利他行为的培养,加强对男生的性教育。%Objective:To understand the high school students'cognition of AIDS,and to discuss the differ-ences of AIDS awareness degree and behavioral intentions between boys and girls.Methods:356 students in two high school in Wuhan were selected to survey using typical cluster sampling method.Then the EPIDATA 3.0 were used to input the findings,and the SPSS 17.0 were used to statistically analyze.Results:There was no difference between boys and girls on HIV / AIDS transmission route,and the knowledge of sharing equip-ment with HIV infected persons infected persons (P >0.05).The proportion of girls'knowledge from parents was significantly higher than that of boys(P <0.01 ).The proportion of AIDS knowledge came from expert lectures was low (boy 1 1.84%,girl 1 6.66%).The ratio from the medical was also low (boy 15.78%,girl 23.81%).Girls were more willing to contact and help AIDS patients (P <0.01),and were also more willing to study and play with students with AIDS(P <0.01).Girls wanted to know more about AIDS knowledge (P <0.01).Conclusion:We need to eliminate high school students'fear to patients who has AIDS,improve the in-tegrity and professional knowledge of AIDS,enhance the knowledge transmitting in authority ways,strength-en the cultivation of life education and altruistic behavior,and do more sex education to boys.
