异相水解水热晶化两步法制备漂浮光催化剂

             

摘要

Through two-step method, heterogeneous hydrolyzation and hydrothermal crystallization, the floating coated photocatalyst was prepared by depositing TiO2 particles onto hollow microspheres which were separated from the fly ash as floating carriers. This preparation method has many advantages, such as without calcination and destruction of the microstructure of the carriers, and the photocatalyst shows a good floating property. The photocatalyst of TiO2/floating beads was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and BET, and the model reaction of the photocatalytic degradation of decane under the sunlight irradiation was employed to investigate its photocatalytic activity. The results indicated that the anatase TiO2 nanoparticles were uniformly distributed on the floating beads, and the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2/floating beads was excellent for degradation of organic pollutants floated on water.%从廉价的粉煤灰中分离出空心微球飘珠为载体,采用一种简单的异相水解水热晶化两步法合成了TiO2/飘珠漂浮光催化剂,该制备方法不需要煅烧过程,不破坏载体的微结构,可以保持催化剂的漂浮性能.通过SEM、XRD、BET表征,并以正癸烷的太阳光催化降解为模型反应,考察了催化剂的光催化活性.结果显示,纳米级锐钛矿型TiO2均匀地负载在飘珠表面,TiO2/飘珠漂浮光催化剂能有效地利用太阳光催化降解水面漂浮的有机物.
