日本非正式雇佣问题研究

摘要

“Lifetime Employment”, “Seniority System” and “Enterprise Union” were considered to be the“three artifacts” for the rapid economic growth in Japan .As the result of the bursting of the bubble economy and the economic downturn , the Japanese lifetime employment system has collapsed , which causes the growing propor-tion of the informal employment , represented principally by part-time workers , free-time workers and dispatched workers.The expansion of the informal employment has brought a series of social problems , such as the working poor problems .The research on the solutions of the informal employment by Japanese government and the communi -ties will give some advises for China to deal with the informal employment problems .%“终身雇佣制”“年功序列制”“企业内工会”曾被认为是日本经济高速增长的“三件神器”。泡沫经济破灭，经济持续低迷，瓦解了日本终身雇佣制度，以钟点工、自由打工者、派遣员工为主的非正式雇佣员工在劳动就业中所占比重越来越大。非正式雇佣的扩大带来了穷忙族等一系列社会问题。研究日本政府及各界应对非正式雇佣的解决办法对我国应对非正式雇佣等问题具有一定的借鉴意义。
