房地产专业课程教学初探

摘要

The vigorous development of real estate industry promotes a great social demand for the professional talents.However, there exist in the teaching process of real estate majors simple teaching method , passive learning on the part of the students, focusing the emphasis on textbook teaching but little stress on practice , and etc.This paper, through a thorough analysis of these problems , put forward some improvement measures for real estate professional teaching in regard to the designation of teaching method , professional case analysis and strengthening practicing processes.%　　房地产业的蓬勃发展带动了社会对房地产专业人才的较大需求，但高校房地产专业在教学过程中存在着教学方法单一、学生学习被动、重教学轻实践等问题。在对这些问题深入分析的基础上，从教学方法设计、专业个案分析、加强实践环节等方面，提出了房地产专业教学改进措施。
