革兰氏染色技术课堂教学设计与实践

             

摘要

On the basis of the "Six steps and four combinations" classroom teaching mode, the technique of Gram staining classroom teaching reform and practice are carried out.Starting from the teaching goal, we increase occupation ability goal and social ability target content;in teaching process, we explore on group design, inquiry teaching, the combination of positive and negative aspects of exploration and practice, and increase the relevant content of technical application, make clear the post value of Gram staining technology.Practice has proved that the curriculum design can achieve multiple teaching effects, help to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, stimulate students' creative potential and divergent thinking, and improve the ability of scientific research design.%依据"六步四结合"课堂教学模式,对革兰氏染色技术课堂教学进行改革与实践,从教学目标入手增加了职业能力目标和社会能力目标的内容,教学过程在分组设计、探究式教学、正向与反向相结合的结果判定方法等方面探索实践,并增加技术应用相关内容,明确革兰氏染色技术的岗位价值.实践证明,课程设计可实现多重教学效果,有助于调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的创新潜能和发散性思维,提高科研设计能力.
