副猪嗜血杆菌的不同血清型分析与药敏实验

摘要

Using pigs from 12 pig farms in minxi,Fujian which were suspected of infection with HPS and using improved medium,Haemophilus parasuis were isolated.Detection of bacteria form,cultural characteristics analysis,biochemical identification,blood serum identification and drug sensitive analysis were carried out.The results indicated that serovar 4 was the most prevalent serovars found in Minxi.HPS can be long conserved using the method of vacuum freeze-drying.Drug sensitive analysis showed that HPS were extremely sensitive to ampicillin sodium,florfenicol injection,ceftiofur sodium and ciprofloxacin.%对闽西地区12个猪场送检的疑似猪传染性副猪嗜血杆菌（HPS）病例,采用改良TSA培养基进行细菌的分离,并对其进行细菌的形态观察、培养特性、生化试验鉴定、血清分型鉴定、药物敏感性分析。结果表明在闽西地区12个送检的猪场中流行副猪嗜血杆菌主要为4型;真空冷冻干燥法可以作为HPS长期保存的方法;药物敏感性分析表明HPS对氨苄西林钠（金头孢）、氟苯尼考（嗜血康）、头孢噻呋钠、环丙沙星等药物极敏感。
