简易铁磁性材料居里温度测试装置设计

         

摘要

直接应用居里温度概念设计并制作了居里温度测试装置。该装置通过打火机、火柴等加热工具给和永久磁铁相吸且用弹簧固定的待测磁性材料加热,其温度由温度传感器检测并送至单片机,经液晶显示器显示。当达到居里温度时,弹簧弹开并断开温度检测电路停止温度检测,此时的温度即为待测铁磁材料的居里温度。经检测,该装置可快速、准确测出铁磁材料的居里温度。%In this work, a simple test device for Curie temperature of magnetic materials is designed and fabricated. In this device, the magnetic material to be measured, which is attracted with a ferromagnetic material and fixed by a spring, is heated by lighters, matches and so on. Its temperature is measured by a temperature sensor and sent to a single-chip microcomputer and then displayed on a LCD. When the Curie temperature is reached, the spring bounces off and is disconnected and the temperature detection circuit stops temperature detection. Temperature at this time is the Curie temperature of the ferromagnetic material under test. The examination results show that the device can efficiently and simply measure the Curie temperature of magnetic materials.
