The energy converter system has a rotor and a stator. It has a first unit with a concentric ring carrying a ferromagnetic material distributed over its periphery. Sections of the ring are heated above the Curie point of the ferromagnetic material and are then cooled below the Curie point. It has a second unit with at least two magnets (1, 2) enclosing between them a ring section. They face each other by their unlike poles. One of the units forms the stator and the other forms the rotor.
