In this article, we prove that each anti-symmetric biderivation of a class of W-Lie algebra is inner. As an application of anti-symmetric biderivations, we show that every linear commuting mapψon this Lie algebra has the form ofψ(x)=λx , whereλ∈C.%证明了一类W－李代数上的每个反对称双导子是内双导子。作为反对称双导子的一个应用，证明了在此类李代数上的每个线性交换映射形如ψ（ x）＝λx ，其中λ∈C。
