目的：研究评估心理干预对初次受孕妇女受孕相关知识及心理变化的影响，为提高初次受孕妇女身心健康提供依据。方法：选取妇科门诊就诊咨询的初次受孕妇女为研究对象，采用自拟的问卷及焦虑自评量表（ SAS）及抑郁自评量表（ SDS），在干预前及3次心理辅导后分别进行问卷测试，比较干预前后相关指标变化。结果：对受孕相关知识肯定回答，在干预前和干预后比较，除“孕前是否有心理准备”项无统计学意义（χ2＝1．43，P＞0．05）外，其他6项均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；干预前SAS量表评分为45．7±7．6，干预后评分为42．5±6．8，干预前后比较具有统计学意义（t ＝3．4042，P ＝0．0007）；SDS 量表评分，干预前为42．1±8．2，干预后为40．2±5．3，干预前后比较具有统计学意义（t＝2．111，P ＝0．0339）。结论：对初次受孕妇女进行生殖健康宣传教育，针对其出现的心理问题进行干预，可有效稳定其身体生理机能，消除不良情绪，实现优生优育。%Objective The pregnancy related knowledge and psychological changes of the evaluation of psychological intervention on the first pregnant women,in order to improve the first pregnant women pro-vide the basis for the physical and mental health.Methods Selected patients consulting in gynecologic clinic first pregnant women as the object of study,using the questionnaire and anxiety from the self rating scale ( SAS) and self rating Depression Scale ( SDS) ,were tested in the pre intervention and 3 times after psychological counseling,comparing the changes before and after the intervention of related index.Results The pregnancy related knowledge to answer in the affirmative,before and after intervention,in addition to the “pre pregnancy have prepared” item was not statistically significant (χ2=1.43,P >0.05),the oth-er6 were statistically significant (P <0.05);intervention of SAS scale score was 45.7 ±7.6,dry prog-nostic score is 42.5 ±6.8,before and after the intervention were statistically significant (t=3.4042,P=0.0007);SDS score,before intervention was 42.1 ±8.2,40.2 ±5.3 after intervention,before and after the intervention were statistically significant (t=2.111,P=0.0339).Conclusion Reproductive health promotion and education for the first time pregnant women,to intervene in psychological problems,which can effectively stabilize its physiological function,eliminate the negative emotions,for eugenics.
