高职院校辅导员专业素质调查及分析——以郑州职业技术学院为例

以郑州职业技术学院辅导员工作为例，在全院2009级、2010级两个年级、共计108个班级中随机抽调108名学生进行辅导员学生评价问卷调查，并试图从学生的评价角度，对辅导员在价值和能力两个维度上应具备的素质进行探讨，并结合调查结果及学生访谈，提出对策建议。%Taking Zhengzhou Technical College as an example, in the 2009 grade, 2010 grade two grade, 108 students were randomly drawn counselors evaluation questionnaire, and tries to study evaluation of in- structors in the value perspective, and the ability of two dimensions should have carried on the discussion, and combined the results of investigation and interview, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
