大革命时期党对工人阶级的思想政治教育

摘要

The ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China's political advantage. The workers' movement initiated and led the process to carry out rich content, diverse forms of ideological and political education after the founding of the party. During the period of the Great Revolution, the workers' ideological and political education is mainly combined movement of workers with the workers' situation. The united front of Ideological and political education has its own characteristics in this period; education has made achievements, but also has some insufficiencies. These offer beneficial reference and enlightenment for the party's ideological and political education.%思想政治教育是中国共产党的政治优势。党成立之后在发动和领导工人运动的过程中开展了内容丰富、形式多样的思想政治教育。大革命时期党对工人的思想政治教育主要是结合当时工人运动和工人的情况进行的﹐在统一战线下这时期的思想政治教育有自身的特点﹐教育也取得了成效﹐但也存在一些不足﹐为当前党的思想政治教育工作提供有益的借鉴和启示。
