In the present invention, postings with specified area information are distributed such that only viewers that have specified said area information are allowed to browse the postings, thereby facilitating browsing, search, and communications pertaining to party-to-party transactions in the area of distribution. The present invention is equipped with: terminals; and a management server for providing a variety of services within posting categories. The management server has: a setting registration means for registering setting information of the terminals with the management server; a location information specification means for specifying location information from the terminals; and a distribution means for executing distribution such that browsing on terminals indicated by first area information, that is, information indicating a coverage which is set as indicated by the location information specified by the location information specification means, is enabled while disabling browsing on terminals indicated by coverage area information other than the first area information.
