江泽民水利建设思想论析

水是人类生存的生命之源，是社会和经济发展的命脉。江泽民作为中央第三代领导集体的核心，他十分关注我国的水利建设，曾多次做出重要批示并发表了许多关于水利发展的论述，在他的领导下制定了全面系统的全国水利建设指导方针和相关水利政策法规，形成了该时期水利发展的特色，极大地推动了我国水利事业的发展。%Water is the essential source for human being and it, is the lifeblood of economic and social devel-opment.
