PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the operating condition analysis of a production line by reducing the burden of a user. PSOLUTION: This production line operating condition analyzing system 10 is provided with each producing facility 20 constituting a production line, an abnormality display device 22 for displaying the abnormal condition of each producing facility 20, a data collecting device 30 connected to each producing facility 20 and the abnormality display device 22 for collecting the data of the operating conditions of them, a data storing server 50 connected through a network 40 to each data collecting device 30 and an operating condition analyzing device 60 connected to the network 40. The operating condition analyzing device 60 is provided with functions such as a data acquiring part 100 and a neck process extracting part 102, and configured to automatically acquire necessary operating condition data from the data storing server 50 corresponding to the kind of an analytic menu designated by a user from an input part 74, and to execute operating condition analysis such as neck process extraction.
