概念隐喻框架视角下的大学英语词汇记忆解析

摘要

Conceptual metaphor has become the hot issue in cognitive linguistics over the past twenty years, and it palys an important role in grasping the vocabulary and its meanings. The undirectional mapping from the source domain to the target domain causes the lexical meanings to be extented. Meanwhile, the target do-mains of a word map each other by the concretion of image schema. The learners link the metaphorical mean-ings together to be a complete lexical semantic system through the concretion of image schema and the image schema provided by the contexts.%概念隐喻是近二十年来认知语言学研究的热点，它对掌握词汇的词义起到了重要的作用。词汇的源域通过意象图式向目标域的映射使词义得以延伸，而目标域之间又通过意象图式的具象实现相互映射。目的语学习者通过自身的隐喻认知能力，利用意象图式的具象化与语境场景提供的意象图式，将众多的隐喻义连接成一个完整而牢固的词汇语义系统存储于大脑中。
