耗散结构理论视域下高校班级管理研究

摘要

提升高校班级管理水平对促进大学生全面发展至关重要。基于耗散结构理论视角，高校班级管理要以开放系统为基础，远离平衡态，加强非线性作用，建立班级管理的协作机制，积极利用涨落现象。%To enhance the management level of College Class is vital to promote the comprehensive develop⁃ment of students. Based on dissipative structure, College Class Management must be based on the following the things which are the open-systems, getting rid of to solve equilibrium, strengthening onlinear effect, establish⁃ing of coordination class management mechanism, and the use of the fluctuation phenomena.
