通过对某车型的实车试验数据分析,并结合汽车碰撞安全性模拟软件MADYMO建立正面碰撞模型分析(驾驶员侧),通过分析,明确优化方向,最后通过仿真运算验证优化方案的效果。重点通过对DAB以及安全带等约束系统的优化进行正面碰撞安全性能的改进,通过仿真运算表明优化方案能够有效地提高正面碰撞中驾驶员侧的安全性能,降低驾驶员的伤害值。% Through analyzing the front impact test data of some type of vehicles, the simulation models of front impact was built by using MADYMO, and then effective optimization directions were found out. Finally the result was verified by simulation analysis. The major improvement was made on front impact performances through DAB, safety belt and restraint system optimization. The simulation calculation shows this optimization highlights driver’s side safety and reduces his hurt when front impact happens.
