高职院校辅导员队伍建设问题的思考

摘要

The team construction of higher vocational college counselors has a direct influence on the quality of college talents training. This article analyzes the current status of counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some effective suggestions to promote the counselor team building from the aspect of selection mechanism, role positioning, incentive mechanism, and personnel training.%高校辅导员队伍建设直接影响着大学生人才的培养质量。本文分析了目前高职院校辅导员队伍发展现状，从辅导员选拔机制、明确辅导员工作职责、建立辅导员激励机制及加强辅导员培训等方面提出了自己的建议。
