《国家教育事业发展第十二个五年规划》纲要指出，各级教育机构要深入开展平安校园、文明校园、绿色校园、和谐校园创建活动，完善学校突发事件应急管理机制，加强教育系统应对自然灾害能力建设。高校大学生心理危机事件常有发生，而且引发许多校园问题乃至群体事件，直接危及到校园的安全稳定，甚至人身与财产安全。为预防和应对大学生心理危机引发的校园安全稳定事件，应坚持以预防为主，教育先行，科学监测，有效干预，层级管理，责任明确，快速反应，高效为主的原则，制定心理危机预防方案，引导学生正确认识危机，面对危机，适时把握转机，获得和寻求新的自我秩序和平衡，做到预防和应对两手准备，努力提高在校学生心理调节能力，社会适应和挫折承受能力。%The twelfth “Five Year Plan of national education development” points out that educational institutions at all levels should carry out the activity to make campus safe, civilized, green and harmonious, perfect the emergency management mechanism of school emergencies, and strengthen the ability of education system to respond to natural disasters. College Students’ psychological crisis events often happens, causes many campus problems and even mass incidents, which directly endanger the campus security and stability, and even the personal and property safety. To prevent the events of campus security and stability caused by psychological crisis of students, we should adhere to the principle of prevention, education, scientifically monitoring, effective intervention, hierarchical management, clear responsibility, quick response and high efficiency, make psychological crisis prevention plan, guide students to correctly understand and face crisis, grasp the turning point, seek a new self balance, get ready to both prevent and respond, and also strive to improve the students’ ability of psychological adjustment, social adjustment and frustration endurance.
