“分层次教学”在田径跳远普修课的实验研究

     

摘要

运用文献资料法和教学实验法并结合多年的教学经验,在高职田径跳远普修课教学中引入了“分层次教学”。这种教学组织形式,把培养学生兴趣、终身受益、全面提高跳远普修课的教学效果作为目标。通过实验,验证了分层次教学在高职跳远普修课程中的可行性及其良好的教学效果,为提高跳远教学质量提供参考。%Making use of document data and teaching experiment as well as combining many-year teaching experience, the author brings in the method of teaching at different levels in higher vocational teaching of long jump of track and field general course. This kind of teaching organization form trains students' interest to make them benefit all their life, and takes the teaching effect of long jump general course as objective. Through experiment, it demonstrates the feasibility of teaching at different levels in higher vocational long jump general course and its good teaching effect, providing reference tbr increasing the teaching quality of long jump.
