关于高职院校教师下企业锻炼的几点思考

摘要

高职院校教师下企业锻炼有利于教师业务素质的提升和校企合作的开展。针对高职院校教师下企业锻炼实施过程中存在的问题,剖析了问题产生的原因并提出了解决问题的对策：学校、教师、企业三方共同努力,健全制度、积极配合,构建长效机制,推动高职院校教师下企业锻炼活动的深入开展。%Teachers' enterprise exercise in higher vocational colleges is benefit for the promotion of teachers' business quality and the development of college-enterprise combination.According to the problems in the implementing process of teachers' enterprise exercise in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the reasons of problems and puts forward the countermeasure of problems.Colleges,teachers and enterprises should make effort together to complete system,cooperate actively and construct long-term mechanism so that the activity for higher vocational teachers' enterprise exercise can develop deeply.
