高职平面设计课实践教学教师队伍建设的研究

高职平面设计课程的实践性是很强的。为了培养出更能适应市场需求的平面设计专业人才,加强平面设计实践教学、加强教师队伍建设至关重要。为此,要加强高职平面设计课教师师德建设,加强实践技能培训,引进人才,建立并完善教师评价和激励机制,以促进教师队伍的建设。%The practice of higher vocational graphic design course is very strong. In order to cultivate professional talents of graphic design who can adapt to market demand better, it is very important to strengthen the practical teaching of graphic design and the construction of teaching team. Therefore, it needs to reinforce teachers＇ ethics construction of higher vocational graphic design course, enhance the training of practical skills, bring in talents, establish and perfect teachers＇ evaluating and stimulating system for promoting the construction of teaching team.
