通过职业技能比赛能够提高学生的职业技能水平,促进师资队伍的建设,促进各专业的课程改革,进而改进高职院校人才培养目标,使之与社会岗位需求相适应。但通过几年以来的各部门及院校举办的职业技能比赛结果来看,职业技能比赛存在着一些问题,特别是对专业建设的促进作用上体现的还不是很明显。就目前高职职业技能比赛存在的问题,提出了职业技能比赛的改进措施和建议。%Through vocational skills competition it can increase students＇ vocational skills level, promote the construction of teaching staff, and promote the curriculum reform of each major. Then it can further improve talents＇ training goal of higher vocational colleges so that itcan adapt to social post demand. However, analyzing the results of vocational skills competition run by each department and college in recent years, there exist some problems in vocational skills competition. Especially it is not obvious to embody the promoting function of major construction. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for the improvement of vocational skills competition.
