高职课程“教学做”一体化教学的研究与实践——以高职国际金融实务课程为例

     

摘要

高职教育教学改革的重点是实现教学过程“教学做”一体化。即在教学中实现学习过程与将来工作过程一体化,理论学习与实践技能训练一体化,教师与学生多重角色一体化。对于高职国际金融实务课程而言,基于“工学结合、素质本位、能力核心”的人才培养模式。就是要从指导思想、教学方法、教学效果与运行保障等方面进行改革,探索“教学做”一体化的教学模式。%The teaching reform of higher vocational education focuses on the realization of "teaching-learning-doing" integration in teaching process, which refers to the realization of integration between studying process and future working process, the integration between theory study and practical skills training, and the integration of multi-roles between teachers and students in the teaching. Based on the talents' training mode with "work-study combination, quality orientation and ability core", for the curriculum of international financial practice, it should reform in these aspects, including guiding thought, teaching method, teaching effect and performing guarantee to explore the teaching mode of "teaching-learning-doing" integration.
