论教师人格魅力在高职思政课教学中的应用

Teachers' personal charm is the external performance of teachers' personal accomplishment and comprehensive qualities, the basic requirements of the ideological and political teachers' work, the basic needs of harmonious teacher-student relationship, and the basic exploration of the ideological and political teaching reform.
