利益相关者视角下高职院校外部治理结构探析

摘要

The external governance of higher vocational colleges is an important problem in the process of higher vocational education development currently. Based on the perspective of stakeholders, it articulates the connotation of external governance structure in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the interests demand of external stakeholders, and on this basis, it positions the role of external stakeholders in higher vocational colleges, determines the relationship between external stakeholders, and further puts forward the mechanism guarantee of external governance structure in higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide some suggestions for optimizing the external governance structure of higher vocational colleges.%高职院校外部治理是当前我国高等职业教育发展过程中的一个重要问题.基于利益相关者的视角,对高职院校外部治理结构的内涵进行厘定,对高职院校外部利益相关者的利益诉求进行分析,在此基础上,对高职院校外部利益相关者的角色进行定位,对外部利益相关者之间关系进行研判,并进一步提出高职院校外部治理结构的机制保障,以期对高职院校外部治理结构的优化提供借鉴的意见和建议.
