多效唑对矮牵牛穴盘苗生长的影响

摘要

以矮牵牛穴盘苗为试验材料，研究了不同浓度多效唑处理对矮牵牛穴盘苗生长的影响。结果表明，矮牵牛穴盘苗的生长高度受到抑制，全株干重有所下降，叶绿素含量及根冠比在20~80 mg/ L处理范围内表现为增加，处理的最佳浓度为60 mg/ L。%The experiment was conducted to discuss the influence of different concentration ratio Paclobutrazol on the growth of Petunia Plug Seedling. The results are as follows: Paclobutrazol could control the height of Plug Seedling Petunia effectively, whole plant decreased, and the chlorophyll content and top root ratio increased with Paclobutrazol treated between 20mg/l to80mg/l,the optimal concentration of treatment was 60mg/ L.
