The present invention relates to a seedling growth dedicated port and a seedling growth method using the dedicated port, which is easy to reuse several times while providing the convenience of storage as well as to grow seedlings vigorously without stopping or halting the growth in different environments. The seedling growth dedicated port has a bottom surface (10) and a circular or polygonal wall (20) formed integrally with the bottom surface above the bottom surface to form an inner receiving space (30). The seedling growth dedicated port is composed of a left and right symmetrical structure which is easy to be separated and coupled by a fixing means (40) consisting of any one selected from an engaging projection (41) and an engaging groove (42) individually formed on a joining surface (60) of the wall or a flange (43) and a bolt/nut (44) of the joining surface (60) for easy joining by one touch. The seedling growth method using a dedicated port comprises: a soil filling step (S100) of filling the soil in the receiving space (30) of the dedicated port (S) formed with a plurality of inlet grooves (50) to allow the water and nutrients to flow into the bottom surface (10) and wall (20); a seed sowing step (S200) of sowing seedlings in the soil filled in the receiving space (30); and a separation/collection step (S300) of growing the seedling for 1 to 3 years after sowing seeds, dismantling the fixing means (40) of the dedicated port (S) to separate to the left and right, planting the seedling in the field, and collecting the dedicated port for reuse.
