有效设计公安民警廉政教育的教学内容

摘要

由于公安职业的特殊性,从党中央、公安部到各级公安机关、公安院校都必须加强民警廉政教育。首先,要确保理想信念教育的主体地位,把住＂总开关＂,系统介绍腐败与廉政的来龙去脉,纠正个别干警认识廉政问题的＂双重标准＂;其次,要切实加强权力观与利益观教育,尝试运用寻租理论等理论成果,深刻剖析腐败的成因,教育干警自觉接受权力监督和制约;第三,不能放松政治纪律教育,引导干警增强政治敏锐性和政治鉴别力。%Due to the particularity of the police,must strengthen the honesty education from the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Public Security to the public security organs at all levels and public security institutions.First,ensure the dominant position of the ideal and faith education,protect the "master switch",systematically introduce the ins and outs of the corruption and anti-corruption and correct the "double standards" of individual police officer's understanding of the honesty;Secondly,strengthen the education of concept of power and interests,try to use rent-seeking theory and other theoretical results to profoundly analyze the causes of corruption,and educate the police officers to consciously accept the supervision and restriction of powers;thirdly,strengthen the education of political discipline to guide police officers to enhance political acumen and political discernment.
