试析地方高校成人高等教育中的人文素质教育

摘要

In this paper the deficiency of humanistic quality for higher adult education in local universities is analyzed, and the methods are investigated on how to reflect the training purpose of humanistic quality in the training plan, how to emphasize the training method in the classroom teaching, and how to display humanistic care in the teaching manage-ment.
