提升我国高校行政管理专业创新型人才培养效果的策略分析

         

摘要

The traditional mode of training administrative management professionals in China' s universities can not meet the needs of the social change. Based on analyzing the main problems existed in training administrative management innovative talents, this article puts forward some measures for promoting administrative management innovative talents training effect. These measures mainly consist of learning from foreign advanced education concept, positioning training target reasonably and setting scientific training project, optimizing innovative talent training course system, updating teaching contents and in- novating teaching methods, paying attention to the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, fu~her strengthening the construction of teaching staff.%高校行政管理专业传统的人才培养模式已不能满足当前社会变革的需要。文章剖析了行政管理专业人才培养中存在的主要问题,就提升管理专业创新型人才培养效果提出了策略和建议,主要包括借鉴国外先进的教育理念,合理定位培养目标并制定科学的培养方案,优化创新型人才培养的课程体系,更新教学内容并创新教学方法,注重理论教学与实践教学结合,进一步加强师资队伍建设力度。
