基于应用型人才目标的非师范中文人才培养探讨--以乐山师范学院汉语言文学专业为例

Under the background of local common colleges transforming to applied colleges, application-oriented talents cultivation are facing many challenges. This paper puts forward some advise on training non-normal students in Chinese major and discusses how to foster talents of Chinese major who are qualified in practice and applied to our society. The countermeasures focus on talents cultivation orientation, curriculum system, teaching model and construction of the faculty team.%在地方普通高校向应用型高校转型的大背景下，反思高师院校中文人才培养所面临的现实问题，提出汉语言文学专业师范与非师范方向应明确分流，并针对非师范中文人才培养，在专业人才培养定位、课程体系设置、教学模式与方法改革以及师资队伍建设等方面，就如何培养适应社会发展需求、实践能力强的应用型中文人才进行了探讨。
