“市场营销学”翻转课堂教学设计与效果测评

     

摘要

翻转课堂通过“课前自主学习、课中探究学习和课后反思学习”的教学程序实现了对传统课堂教学的革新。为了解翻转课堂的教学效果,采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方法对其在市场营销学中实践应用的效果进行了评价。结果表明:翻转课堂有助于学生自主学习、团队协作、分析解决问题等各项职业能力的培养,但应促进学生对教学方法的适应、加强课程资源建设、优化教学设计、加强教师专业培训等,才能更好地提升翻转课堂的教学效果。%The flipped class teaching,which adv ocates the new instruction design of “pre-class au-tonomous learning,while-class inquiry learning and post-class reflective learning”,achieves innovation for traditional classroom teaching. In order to test the effect of the flipped class on practical application in mar-keting,questionnaire and in-depth interview are used in the study. The results show that the flipped class can help develop students’ professional ability including autonomous learning,teamwork,analysis and prob-lem solving. It also should make students adapt to the teaching method,enhance the construction of curricu-lum resources,optimize teaching design,strengthen teachers' professional training to achieve a better effect of the flipped class.
