有限元模拟往往只能根据软件自带的资料库进行材料的力学定义,误差较大.利用实际实验数据,对材料力学性能进行重新定义可以使模拟结果更加接近实际生产.本文基于304不锈钢单道次高温压缩热变形试验,得出真应力-应变曲线,并由此建立各个温度下的数值模型,对304不锈钢材料的力学性能进行定义,并提供更加准确的经验公式.%It is the common case with the finite element simulation that the mechanical properties of materials will be defined according merely to the information database available in a software choosed, so that leading to a large error. If the actual experimental data is used to redefine the mechanical properties of the materials, the result will be closer to their reality. Based on the stress-strain data obtained from single-pass high-temperature compressed thermal deformation test of 304 stainless steel, a numeric model would be set up for different temperature, the mechanical performance of 304 stainless steel material was defined, and a empirical formula with higher accuracy was provided.
