技能大赛对高职院校基于工作过程课程开发导向作用解析

摘要

职业院校技能大赛的举行牵动了职业教育各个方面的改革,通过分析高职院校开展竞赛活动的意义,结合示范性高职院校建设的背景,从教学实际出发,对高职院校竞赛活动与基于工作过程课程开发的关系做出研究,提出了技能大赛对职业教育课程目标的确定,内容的选择和组织、师资建设、课程评价改革等方面都具有一定的导向作用,从而探索我国高职院校的课程改革之路。%National Vocational Students Skills Competition moves the reform of vocational education from every aspects.This paper analyzes the significance of holding the competition.Based on the construction of Model Vocational Colleges,it points out that the competition has the guidance on the definition of objective of vocational education course,selection and organization of contents,teaching staff construction,course evaluation etc.As a result,it can help explore the course reform for vocational colleges in China.
