Task-based approach is centered on students,which aims at cultivating students’inquiry learning ability.Applied to college English translation teaching,it can stimulate students’interest in learning,mobilize their initiative,and promote their comprehensive English competence.In this paper,the author applies Chinese folk festival culture translation as an example to explore the practice and effect of task-based approach in college English translation teaching.%任务教学法以学生为中心,培养学生的探究性学习能力。以任务为导向的大学英语翻译教学,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的主观能动性,促进学生综合运用英语能力的提高。本文以中国民俗节日文化翻译为例,探讨任务导向型大学英语翻译教学的实践和效果。
