先秦及两汉时期法家与儒家思想融通方式管窥

     

摘要

In the contention situation of the Spring-Autumn and the Warrior States Periods, Legalism and Confucianism harmonized with each other and played an important role in the prosperity of the Qin state and the establishment of the Qin Dynasty. The Han Dynasty followed the Qin system critically and established the ruling model of "external Confucianism and internal Legalism". Since the Pre-Qin period, Confucius-Legalist harmonization is represented as national harmonization, collective harmonization, and individual harmonization. It has been gradually strengthened and mingled with each other, together forming the mainstream political culture, which shapes and maintains the Chinese traditional social and political structure, and which establishes the relatively steady pattern of official ideology of the two thousand years' Chinese feudalist society.%在春秋战国"百家争鸣"的大环境下,法家思想与儒家思想相互融通,对秦国的兴盛和秦王朝的建立发挥了重大作用。汉承秦制而有所损益,进一步确立了"外儒内法"的统治模式。先秦以来的儒法思想融通,以国家融通方式、集体融通方式及个人融通方式的形式表现出来,并逐步加深,其相互交织、共同形成的主流政治文化在很大程度上塑造并维护了中国传统的社会和政治结构,造就了中国2000年封建社会的官方意识形态的相对稳定格局。
