解放前，苏州的学徒长期遭受老板的虐待与剥削，境遇十分悲惨。解放后，随着中国共产党的上台执政，各级政府机关、工会组织及主流媒体通力协作，通过多种途径和方式，使得苏州学徒的际遇出现了巨大转折，其政治、经济、文化等各项权益保障得到了有效改善，劳资双方基本上建立了“尊师爱徒，劳资两利”的新型师徒关系，为苏州国民经济的全面恢复与发展创造了条件。%Before liberation,the apprentices in Suzhou were abused and faced exploitation by bosses for a long time.They were very miserable.After the liberation,as the CPC which stands for the working class party got the power,the apprentices′fortune appeared a huge twist.Their political,economic,cultural and other rights and interests have been effectively improved.In a good situation,a new master-apprentice relation was established from which both the labor and management were benefit and the new relation pushed the re-covery and development of the local economy.
