密集烤房定色干筋期风机转速优化方式研究

         

摘要

In order to reduce energy cost of flue-cured tobacco leaves in the dense cured room,to improve the appearance quality of to-bacco leaves,frequency conversion wind speed is used to regulate the revolving speed of the fan in the cured room to explore the quality of tobacco.The result showed that in color fixing and stem drying stages,regulating fan speed has certain effect on the energy consump-tion,economic efficiency and the quality of the tobacco leaves but the fresh dry ratio of tobacco leaf is small.The speed of color fixing 960 r/min and stem drying of 540—720 r/min can reduce the cost of energy consumption and the average price.And the speed to 1 440 r/min and 540—720 r/min can improve the ratio of the first-class tobacco leave and the mind-speed in the color fixing and stem drying can deepen the color of tobacco and increase oil content.%为降低密集式烤房烘烤烟叶的能耗,提高烟叶外观质量,在烟叶定色期和干筋期,采用变频风速调节烤房内风机转速以探索烟叶烘烤质量。结果表明,这两个时期调整风机转速对烟叶烘烤能耗、经济效益及烤后烟叶外观质量有一定影响,对烟叶的鲜干比影响较小,定色期风机转速960 r/min、干筋期540~720 r/min可降低能耗成本,提高均价;而定色期风机转速1440 r/min、干筋期540~720 r/min,能提高上等烟比例,但对降耗、增值不利。同时定色期中风速和干筋期低风速,能加深烟叶的颜色和增加油分。
