The brief process from the Logos-Tao of natural language to logic of mathematical language and then to the double negation of Logos-Tao which belongs to natural language (involving mathematical language)conversely is introduced with the beginning of dialectics by Heraclitus,Tao by Laozi and then oppositely ontology by Parmenides before 2500 years.It shows that the consistency from western formal logic and origins from existence and non-existence,and the completeness from orient dialectical logic origins from position and negation and then formal logic of affirmative non-contradiction and dialectical logic of signified contradictive.The consistency and com-pleteness of the two logics can be complemented and combined for the new theory of philosophical logic with signified dialectical contra-diction and assertive non-logical contradiction.This provides rational explanation for the evolution of philosophical logic.%以2500多年前赫拉克利特的“辩证法”和老子的“道论”及与其相对立的巴门尼德的“存在论”为起始，回顾了从自然语言形态的“逻各斯－道”到数理语言形态的“逻辑”，再回归于自然语言形态（内含数理语言形态）的“逻各斯－道”之“否定之否定”的大致历程。说明西方形式逻辑的一致性根源于“存在或非在”，东方辩证逻辑的完全性根源于“正者且反者”，从而孕育出了断无矛盾的形式逻辑和指有矛盾的辩证逻辑，可以将这两种逻辑的“一致性”和“完全性”互补结合起来，以形成“指有辩证矛盾”与“断无逻辑矛盾”的新形态的哲学逻辑理论———这就为哲学逻辑之进化历程，找到了合理的解释。
