To find out the actual situation of the academic leaders and key teachers of primary and secondary schools so as to improve the training work,We carry out a questionnaire survey in the area of Guandu District,Kunming City,and analyzed the survey results from five aspects,such as the basic situation of the key teachers,pressure sources,professional growth and exchange platform and so on.The results show that most of them have a good working environment,strong self-learning,teaching and management skills,with higher expectations for themselves.The establishment of teaching team is an effective way to promote the professional development of Teachers,but the pressure from the surrounding environment makes some teachers gradually with a sense of professional taediumvitae.%为摸清中小学学科带头人、骨干教师的现实状况,进一步完善其培养工作,在昆明市官渡区中小学范围内开展问卷调查。从骨干教师的基本情况、压力来源、专业成长交流平台等5个方面对调查结果进行分析。结果表明,他们中绝大多数工作环境好,有较强的自学、教学和管理能力,对自己有较高期望,认为成立教学团队是有效促进教师专业成长的途径,但来自周围环境的压力会造成部分教师产生职业倦怠感。
